  • Responsible for opening cashier’s window promptly at 8:00 a.m. and balancing both petty cash boxes from previous day’s activities.
  • Prepare daily cash receipt voucher for all cash, checks, and credit cards.
  • Daily Bank deposit for checks and cash if needed.
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies inventory.
  • Responsible for preparing mail every evening for the post office and inter-office mail between stores.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing faxes. Make sure that all messages are delivered immediately.
  • Send tax exempt and W-9’s to Tye for processing
  • Responsible for the filing of all A/R copies for statements.
  • Perform misc. tasks for all supervisors and salesmen pertaining to company business, typing, mailing, etc.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Make travel arrangements for any company related trip made by employees.
  • Run office errands as needed.


  • High School Diploma
  • Accounting Courses favorable but no required


  • 2 years receptionist experience
  • 1 year accounting experience/education


  • Read (office reports and invoices)
  • Write (correspondence and receipts)
  • Operate computer, copy/fax machine, postage meter, multi-line telephone, credit card terminal, check scanner
  • Interact politely with customers, vendors and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner


  • Position involves essential ability to sit, maneuver from one work area to another, bend and squat for extended periods. Manipulate small objects. Involves lifting up to 50lbs.
